1) Do a quick intro call.
A 15-20 minute call to tell me about your 
relationship, and why you’re seeking help. We determine together whether or not we are a good fit and I let you know if I think I can help.

2) Schedule your first session.
We can meet in person if you are in the Greenpoint, Brooklyn area or virtually.

3)Show up better for each other.
Although it sounds “normal” that many couples criticize each other , give each other the silent treatment, and and rarely bring up difficult topics, that doesn’t mean it has to be your normal!
